Happy 400th post!

Today is post 400! And to celebrate I have cut 6 1/2 inch squares of some of my most favorite vintage linens. There are five squares each of 16 different yummy prints. That is enough to make a 48" x 60" lap quilt, you could even add borders to it to make it larger. I think they would make a very soft, yummy quilt.

I would like to thank you dear readers, for visiting me and making this space fun for me. When I started this little blog, I didn't know it would become so important to me, so THANK YOU!

To enter, you need to make a comment on this post and I want to know what makes you like coming here to visit. Yes, maybe I am fishing for compliments, it's my blog, I can do that can't I? I guess you could just say that your here for the yummy free linens, but that wouldn't be very fun for me to read over and over again :) You have until Monday at midnight Mountain Standard Time to enter. I will announce the winner on Tuesday!

Love those linens. Now...why do I visit? Let's see...you have three girls. I have five. You have quirky humor. I like that. You have husband that curls hair. I have a husband that paints nails. You don't like shoveling snow. Me either, but Montana snow is a lot like Utah snow. There's lots. And then there's the obvious. You make cool things.

Happy 400th post~

I love seeing all your delicious vintage fabrics! Growing up my family had several sheets, blankets, and quilts of the fabrics I have seen in your pictures but sadly we lost them all in a house fire. Seeing the same patterns and designs brings back good memories.

I come for many reasons. Mostly to see what you are doing and to gain inspiration. To enjoy little snippets of your life that let me know that there is someone else out there that has bad days mixed in with their good and that you just keep moving and life keeps going and it's all ok. I love your music choices. I like to see your fabric combinations...I'm a little combination impaired, myself. I could go on a while longer, but I don't want to be the longest comment. :) Thanks!

Happy 400th post! I am fairly new here...but love coming over! You have great ideas (that I sometimes link to...) and wonderful pictures. I also have found some great music off your player that I didn't know. :)

You are a girl after my own heart (if I had more time I would do more of it as well...such is life!)

So, even if I don't win...I will still keep blurking! :) Thanks for being so creative and inspirational.

Well I have been reading your blog for a couple of years now and I keep coming back for more! I always save it as one of the lat blogs to read on my list because I know you will have something beautiful to look at! You usually have either a new project or a piece of your home or even your family to see, and I love that! I also am inspired by the fact that you have 3 young children like myself, but still make all your cool stuff and actually sell it and make money! So awesome:) Keep up the amazing work!

Oh I forgot to say, I love reading about how you live in Sugarhouse because if we still lived in SLC that's where I would want to live:)

This was only my second time visiting your site and the first time I really explored, but I was blown away by your vintage quilts. I have been discovering recently how much I love vintage linens (and all things vintage, in fact - had fun looking through your Etsy shop), after picking up a few at yard sales to use in rag rugs. But I never envisioned they could make such awesome quilts.

I love your post about stashes - that's totally me, I tend to acquire random awesome crafty piles, and then I just *revel* in them! So much fun. I'd love to begin a stash of vintage linens squares =) Ooh, makes me shiver.

p.s. My sewing machine also resides in my living room... I share your dream! Oh, wouldn't that be the day...
