I was tagged by Elizabeth at My Crafty Mess for a 6 quirks meme.
6 quirky, boring, unspectacular things about myself:

1* When I get nervous or have anxiety, I bite the inside of my cheeks.
2* There are a few things that I would never want to eat at a restuarant or anywhere else but my own home (don't ask me why, I don't know) Spaghetti and milk are the main ones.
3* I can't eat just a banana, I can eat it in different forms (smoothies, bread, muffins, cut up in a fruit salad) But I can't eat it just by itself. When I was pregnant, for some reason I would chew my food more, so when I would eat a banana, it would turn to mush and make me gag. Ever since, no more plain bananas.
4* The only fish or seafood that I can eat is mild white fish like Tilapia, little shrimp(not big ones), and crab. Anything else just tastes like the sea to me, blah!
5* The longest time period that I can drive for is about an hour, then I start falling asleep.
I also hate driving at night, especially when it is raining.
6* Give me the most complicated question about something like math or finances or something that maybe not alot of people can understand very well, and I can give you the answer, but I can get confused by something really simple and stupid, like a joke.

I was tagged by Elizabeth from www.my-crafty-mess.blogspot.com Sorry, I can't post pictures or put links in my posts right now (I am very annoyed). Anyways, I'm supposed to tell 5 things about myself.
* My current obsession is vintage trims, I especially love woven ribbons.

* I use to despise the color pink, now it is one of the colors in my kitchen.

* I don't have any pets, I feel like I already have enough to keep me busy. Also, I just don't want to have to deal with animal poop in my yard. Although, sometimes in my front yard I run into some that has been left by some neighborhood dog, that is one of my pet peeves, if your going to have a dog, clean up after it so that I don't step on it! :) Or even worse, one time we were at the Park, my children took their flip flops off to run around and of course one of them stepped in dog poo, with nothing really to clean it up with, that was quite the experience!

* I hate the news, I never watch it.

* I am not a sports fan, although, I do enjoy going to a hockey game for some reason.

I have been tagged by Becky. We ran across each other in this blogging world, and we actually live pretty close. She has the cutest etsy shop with the cutest little dolls she calls pocket people. I am very excited because she is making a whole bunch of them for my youngest girls birthday, I will have to share with you guys after I get them! Anyways this tagging thing!

7 things about me!

1- I love ice cream, the best is a rootbeer float made with IBC rootbeer and Breyer's Vanilla Bean ice cream, I could eat it till I'm sick.

2- I have always been kindof a shy person, although my husband is not, he is very outgoing. Since we have been married ( which will be 7 years in August) I have become alot more outgoing.

3- I tend to make myself tooooo busy. It is a delicate balancing act for me. If I don't keep busy enough I start feeling kindof depressed. If I do too much I start getting anxiety and freaking out. Maybe I'll get the hang of it one day.

4- My head is filled with a million ideas for things I want to do or create. Why is there never enough time to do it all?

5- I think Matthew McConaughey is hot.

6- I used to sing, in Junior High I was in the Madrigals, then I got to high school and instead of singing with 30 people, it was like 200 and it wasn't as fun anymore, so I stopped, I sometimes miss singing.

7- When I was 14 or 15 I was in a beauty pageant. I look at the pictures now and laugh, I wore this silly teal colored dress. For the talent part I sang Castle on a Cloud from Les Mis. I didn't win, but it was fun!
