Making gifts is fun

I had a gift to make a couple of weeks ago. I knew I wanted to make one of these rolled roses statement necklaces, I've been wanting to make one for awhile.

I usually make projects in large quantities and assembly line style, so when I make one of something it is so much fun for me. After making one, I need to find some time to make some for me and my girlies.

I didn't really want to give it away after I made it, but I did. I guess that is a sign of a good gift, one that you want to keep for yourself :)
